Meet Rhonda Wright, LCDC
Rhonda Wright is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC #15662) in Texas, dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by substance use. She is equipped and authorized to work with those struggling with addiction, as well as family members and loved ones impacted by it.
With a compassionate, client-centered approach, Rhonda helps individuals navigate the journey of recovery. She often reminds clients that “putting down the substance is easy — keeping it down is where the real work begins.” She understands that drugs and alcohol are often outward expressions of deeper internal struggles, and her goal is to guide clients in addressing the root causes through behavioral change, emotional awareness, and mindfulness practices.
Rhonda also brings a deep understanding of relationships into her counseling. She views them as investments built on trust and mutual growth. While conflicts and challenges are inevitable, she believes these moments are opportunities for repair and rebuilding. Using a solution-focused approach, she helps individuals, couples, and families strengthen their foundations so they can weather life’s storms and emerge stronger.
Her ultimate goal is to help clients discover their strengths, embrace their identity, and cultivate healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She believes that when people learn to change how they treat themselves, they naturally change how they engage with those around them.
